Apparently, I've been ignoring all my unfinished RPG's for far too long! I must get back on track on Radiata Stories, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and Phantom Brave. If I don't play them every day then their stories will be lessened in their impact. What with all the reading and anime viewing that i'm currently doing, it leaves no room for these time-consuming games at the moment. My vigor for when I started these magnificent worlds have all but left my burning spirit to finish them. Hopefully I can re-light that flame down the road.
Now that I think about it the first RPG that I passed was Grandia 2. It forever has a place in my heart. Now the way I passed Grandia 2 was to play till 4 AM in the moring starting at roughly 3 PM every day straight. This was the first instance where I "grinded" hours away. Perhaps because I had nothing else to do like see anime or perhaps because it was too great a story (for me at the time) that I simply refused to quit. As I think back I restarted the whole game when I couldn't get past a particular boss (the boss had something to do with a girl in a field of flowers and outside this field was snow everywhere) which kept decimating me over and over. My new strategy was to level up a ton before I got to the boss again. When I did it was quite alot easier, felt so proud of my patience towards fighting monsters over and over (the kick-ass combat system helped) that grindind levels us a staple for any RPG I play now.

(Update: Me from 4/20/2011, been a while since I updated but anyway, Removed my feelings for a naruto movie due to grammatical insanity I was going through at the time and added some sentences to the RPG bits.)
